1. Stock Availability Requirement

  • Sellers must ensure that any product listed for sale on stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud has at least one (1) unit in stock at the stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud warehouse in Haiti for each variation (e.g., size, color, model).
  • Listings that do not meet this requirement will be removed from the platform.

2. Pre-Order Policy

  • Sellers are allowed to create product listings for pre-order if the item is currently in transit to the stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud warehouse in Haiti.
  • Proof of shipment (e.g., tracking number, shipping invoice) must be submitted to stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud administration upon request.
  • If transit is not confirmed by stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud administration within one (1) week, the product will be set offline and permanently deleted from the platform.

3. Restocking Sold-Out Items

  • Sellers may relist a sold-out product as pre-order once the previous stock has been exhausted.
  • Sellers must provide restocking evidence (e.g., purchase invoice, shipment tracking) to stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud administration within one (1) week of the product being sold out.
  • If no restocking proof is provided within this timeframe, the listing may be removed or set to inactive.

5. Additional Terms & Compliance

  • Fraudulent or misleading pre-orders (e.g., listing items that are not actually in transit or falsely claiming restocking) will result in immediate seller restrictions or account termination.
  • stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud reserves the right to audit inventory, request additional verification, and take necessary actions to maintain marketplace integrity.
