I. Interpretation & Definitions

a. Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

II. Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not processed after 4 PM EST.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

III. Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping speed:

Method: STANDARD --- Shipment cost: Depends on location and order's total --- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 days for In Stock items, 15-21 days for PreOrder.

Method: RUSH --- Shipment cost: Depends on location --- Estimated delivery time: Same day for In Stock items, 10-15 days for PreOrder.

Method: PICKUP --- Shipment cost: Depends on location and order's total --- Estimated delivery time: 0-2 days for In Stock items, 10-21 days for PreOrder.

Method: AT OUR OFFICE --- Shipment cost: FREE --- Estimated delivery time: Next day for In Stock items, 10-21 days for PreOrder.

Method: CIRCLE --- Shipment cost: FREE & requires CIRCLE membership subscription --- Estimated delivery time: 6 hours for In Stock items, 10-15 days for PreOrder.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. No refund will be issued for late delivery in case of a situation that we do not have control over.

Also note that some preorder have special delivery estimates, please refer to your receipt for that.

IV. Shipment To Addresses

stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud also ships to addresses within some cities in the Ouest state of Haiti. Restriction of shipment will be displayed at checkout.

We currently do ship outside the US and Haiti. Additional fees will occur.

V. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For delivery in Haiti, the recipient will be notified of the delivery time interval. For security reasons, no exact time can be communicated.

VI. Customs, Duties & Taxes

stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

VII. Damages

stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

VIII. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

IX. Missing Or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 60 days for the investigation.

X. Return

Thanks for shopping at stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff you want. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 day to contact us and return your product.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

  • The product has to be damage free,
  • The product has to be in its original packaging,
  • The product has to be with its receipt and/or delivery stamp.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Some products in promotions/sale.

XI. Partial Refund

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

XII. Exchange Or Refund

We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded via the original payment method once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that stg-cauphycom-test.kinsta.cloud is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund or exchange of your purchase. Your refund may take up to 30 days to process to your original payment method but you will be notified when you receive your money.

If you do not wish a refund but your product, we will certainly send you another item, with standard shipping. You will not be able to make a new return request on this new item exchanged if you find any problem or changed your mind.

XIV. Changes To Our Return Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here.
